You appointment is important.  If you need to cancel please get in touch as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made.
There will be no charge if you cancel 24 hours or earlier before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & no-show Policy

As you can imagine a small business relies on its customers turning up to their appointments and cancellations at short notice are very difficult to re-book so unfortunately there is a charge for late cancellations, amendments and no-shows. Cancellations, appointment amendments and no-shows less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a £12 charge (including bookings made on the same day as your appointment).  Customers who have pre-paid by bank transfer will be refunded the cost of the session less £12 by bank transfer.
You are welcome to re-book but payment would then be required immediately on booking with the addition of the £12 fee. 
If you are running late please let us know as soon as you can, remember that there is often someone else booked in after you so if you are late your session will  be  shorter or cancelled if over 20 minutes late which would still incur the £12 fee.
Please do not turn up to your appointment more than 5 minutes early.
